USING FOOD AS, A "REWARD" IS A DANGEROUS HABIT. FOOD SHOULD ONLY BE USED TO PROVIDE FUEL FOR YOUR BODY, AND SHOULD ALWAYS BE ENJOYED! REWARDING YOURSELF WITH MEALS LEAD YOU TO OVER EAT
12. LITTLE EFFORT IS BETTER THAN NO EFFORT
