It is Plastic Free July this month, be part of solution and come to our Charity yoga class!

As you may know, our activewear is made our of ocean waste and comes with reusable packaging. We are very pleased to hold our first fundraising event for nonprofit organisations - Surfers Against Sewage, a plastic free community dedicated to the protection of oceans, waves, beaches and wildlife. Keep inspiring people to protect our beautiful coastlines!

Vinyasa Flow class taught by Helena Wilton Yoga. Helena is a London based yoga teacher, specialising in helping people with busy minds and even busier schedules to gain headspace. Her classes combine developing strength, flexibility and mindset using dynamic flows and challenging your body to try inversion, arm balances and partner exercises.

Taking place in Fresh Ground London. It is a church, coffeehouse and a faith community hub in a relaxed and family friendly environment. Their coffee beans come from Nude Coffee Roasters and The Gatehouse Coffee Roasters. Everyone can get a 10% off and you should try their delicious Fresh Bowls with a small assortment of toasts!
